   Not only a great meal while on vacation but a top 10 dining experience overall. We had the filet, shrimp scampi, and the gnocchi. All 3 dishes were excellent. Bread service was great. Overall service was great. It was just perfect.

   This was a fabulous meal with fantastic views. Service was top-notch with Suri and Fernando’s team. We had the recommended items—totooba piccata, frutti di mare, and the beef tenderloin. The food was excellent. Staff was attentive but we did not feel like they were hovering. We sat outside next to the pool and had a wonderful view of the ocean just beyond. We celebrated our son’s 21st birthday. Could not be happier with the service and the meal.

   Whenever we stay at the Hilton, we book a reservation here for dinner. We come 2 to 3 times a year. The ambience is perfect sitting poolside, especially when the weather cooperates and you can sit outside and enjoy being in the tropical environment. The food is spectacular and the servers are always friendly and on point.

   Vela always provides outstanding service in a romantic and pleasant setting. Food is usually amazing. I did have an issue with something I ordered due to changes I requested. They went out of their way to let me order something else. Prices are high for the salads but entrees and food quality are appropriate. My husband and I always look forward to dining at Vela when visiting Cabo.

   We really enjoyed our dinner at Velas. The service was impeccable . The food was excellent and the ambiance was wonderful. Definitely two thumbs up!

   Great experience as always. All dishes we ordered were excellent. Service was great in a beautiful ambiance, highly recommended!

   It was our 18th year anniversary. We got married here and have spent 7 of our anniversaries here. This was the worst anniversary dining experience we’ve had. We were sat inside with zero views. There were tables available outside and on the patio and you would think for such a special occasion (which I notified them about) you would get a special table, like we have in the past. We felt rushed out and the staff didn’t even acknowledge that it was a special occasion. In years past, we have always been acknowledged. I feel as if the management no longer cares about the special occasions or experiences, just turning over tables.

    We have been to Vela many times throughout the years and it never disappoints. The setting, service and food are all top of the line. Our waiter, Diego, anticipated our wishes and is an asset to the restaurant. He even remembered us from last year!
