Have not been to Vegie bar for around 20 years and I was blown away that the place has not changed by much at all from the style of staff to the food, Vegie bar rocks…

The Vegie Bar is iconic and we have never been disappointed from one year to the next. Standard remains high and meals delicious. Desserts are to die for.

My regular go-to with friends as great service and ambience. I ordered the Mexican burrito and no way I could finish it, very generous portion. I would have liked to see in the summer menu some more simple salads as it was a hot day but there was only a grain salad to select from. In all though Vegie Bar is a Fitzroy institution for a reason- good food, reasonable price and unpretentious place for brunch.
