                                                                                            Overall experience, ambiance and service, was good. Our server was very attentive. Both the lamb chops and New York strip steak were seasoned very well but they also contained an excessive amounts of fat, which we did not care for. The mushroom risotto was mushy and over cooked. I did.not like the fact that you were not able to substitute items on the entree because I would have selected something else. The chocolate dessert provided for our anniversary was a nice surprise. It was delicious!

                                                                                            We went there to celebrate my birthday. As our previous experience everything was wonderful! We are looking forward to returning.

                                                                                            Service left something to be desired. We sat right away and it took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Timing seemed completely off. This was our first time at Vault and although we wouldn’t let it ruin our birthday dinner, I am not sure we will be going back. The food was good, temperature of food was tepid, arrangement of plating was pretty. Got really loud and with music (which was lovely) it became hard to hear those at our own 4-top.

                                                                                            Janelle was amazing. Very attentive. Had several delicious suggestions. Loved the LOVE Lindsey cocktail and the expresso martini. Loved the seafood pasta and white chocolate bread pudding. Wow!

                                                                                            Expected fine dining but it didn’t deliver. The steaks were overcooked, the asparagus was undercooked and the lobster bisque was served luke warm. Cocktails turned out to be the best thing on the menu. Quite disappointing and the entire restaurant was too loud. Felt like going to a “club”.

She truly exemplified quality , professionalism and a high level of service that matched the ambience at the Vault. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine . Great experience overall.
