The windows throughout the Devon Energy Center are made with a high-performance thermal glass designed to let in more light. During twilight hours, the effect of the glass may make the color of your steak appear washed out, or more cooked, than the same steak would look in normal light. My family had a great time. We had nine people in our party and we were unable to be seated together and that was the only negative aspect to our experience.

We reserved one of the chef’s specials for our anniversary and enjoyed a lovely evening. The food was delicious, and the wine pairings really fabulous, especially for the dessert! The service was exceptional and we enjoyed chatting with our server. Perfect for a truly elevated experience, literally and figuratively!

Unfortunately the food lacked flavor and was delayed. Considering that it was not crowded, we were surprised at slow service. I ordered the charcuterie board; cheese was bland, no fruit, strange pickled veggies, unexpected. Salami was good. My wife ordered a pasta dish that lacked flavor also. We did not finish our food due to these issues, and were disappointed since a previous dining experience there was great. We really expected a superior dining experience, but were very disappointed. Staff was friendly and reservation was handled nicely. Don’t plan on going back. Sorry guys.

This was a dinner with friends that was a very special time for us. We knew it had to be Vast! It did not fail expectations. The ambience was just what we all needed. The steaks as always were perfect. In celebration we had their new cosmo and it was a lovely surprise. With a nice wine paired with our dinner, time for conversation in an elegant quiet, it was the wonderful evening adding another Vast memory.

My wife and I went for our 6 month anniversary with our first time of eating at Vast. The waiter did and exceptional job keeping us informed and making sure everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the steak was very tender! My wife and I agreed at the end that we would be coming back for sure!!

The restaurant and view gorgeous. The service exceptional. The drinks, apps and desserts incredible. The main course not so much. The food was cold, steak cold and way undercooked, carrots very hard but the wonton potato was very tasty! For an expensive dinner, if the main course was better it would be totally worth it. Think if I go back it would just be for drinks and apps

What a wonderful experience. Very nice atmosphere, incredible views, great service & very good food. Prices are comparable to other high end restaurants but the quality of the food and taste makes Vast a better value. Vast was well worth the money.
