I would like to start by saying the scenery was excellent and very exquisite detailed from the very beginning. The views overlooking the city are amazing from the 49th floor can be breathtaking. With that being said let’s get to the actual service and the lack there of. This was a surprise birthday visit to Oklahoma City for the first time and to start things off with a nice birthday dinner at “Vast”. My dinner reservations were @ 7:30pm we didn’t actually receive our dinner until 9pm! Upon ordering the rack of lamb for the first entree we were informed minutes later that there were no more lamb and instructed by the server to make another selection if I would like. The potatoes bisque soup was made as the second choice then again minutes later we were informed that there was no more potatoes soup bisque as well which we were then lead to make a third choice which at this point is getting a bit redundant and frustrating at the same time but trying to remain in good spirits for this festive celebration event we proceeded to make a third selection which was the Herb Marinated Chicken in hopes for a grand conclusion which would ease some of the frustration experienced through the night. Finally “40 MINUTES” of waiting we received our dinner which was a bit warm as it would appear to be sitting for quite some time and also a pasta entree was placed that made it to the table after a salmon dish that we never ordered which both dishes also being served lukewarm at best. We are always aiming to make life lasting memories and this is definitely and experience we will never forget!!! If I could give a rating of 5 stars on non returning customers they have definitely succeeded in that category.

Outstanding service, food, champagne, and dessert, and also the charcuterie was very much enjoyed by all. Exquisite view of downtown Oklahoma City. Definitely returning.

I hate to say this but it needs to be said. The food was great, but the experience was very poor. I could tell the staff did not care about us, lacked experience, and were probably overworked and underpaid. Our waiter confessed that he was running double the amount he normally does. This sounds like not a big deal until you factor in the price and expectations. If you're charging $190 per person for a "chef's tasting menu" then I expect to have the right experience. The website said it would be a 2-hour experience but we were done in 30-40 minutes and it felt like we were being pushed through a fast-casual dining experience. I would not recommend this place unless it were a fraction of the cost.

Forth time eating at Vast. All previous visits were 5 star. However this was the poorest service, sub par food. This was a special occation being our 46 aniversay and we expected at least good service and food. We were both extremely unsatified with the whole experince. The steaks were undercooked, bloody and cold. We had both ordered Medium well. The only bright spot was the "water guy" who was very personal and tried to make a bad visit better. Enough is enough, we will find better resturants to celebrate next year. Nothing special about our aniversay.

As always, the lunch experience at Vast delivers. The food and service are top notch, the variety of choices on the lunch buffet are always a suprise and a treat. Went on another clear sunny day and the views did not disappoint at all. The staff was friendly, helpful and first class. Cannot recommend this experience and establishment more. Truly a memorable time.
