EVERYTHING about this restaurant was exquisite. The ambience was romantic and friendly and just beautiful. The staff from the time we walked in until the time we left were attentive. We were seated quickly and the wait staff was there immediately. Kristin was our waitress she is incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and the specials. Gave us recommendations based on her own experience that’s so important, so many restaurants have wait staff that has never tasted the food. THE FOOD!!! The food was literally the best we have had in our life. Truly impeccable. We will be back!!!!

Food and service were phenomenal as usual. Our server Juan was the best. It was my wife’s birthday and she loved every minute of dining there.

The service was fantastic. The steaks were tender and delicious. The mac and cheese was creamy and yummy. Great bread pudding. Excellent win selection. Overall it was a great experience for my husbands birthday celebration I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our waitress, Kristin was great. The Lamb Lollipops were fantastic and our steaks cooked to perfection. This is a very nice restaurant in Galveston.

We love to go to Vargas's with friends. Would also be great for a very romantic night out. The service is the best in town with great service and food. You do pay for it, but worth it
