Staff weren’t attentive and messed up a couple of the tables orders. They did try to rectify by giving free garlic bread…

enter the restaurant you are walking into a beautiful restaurant overlooking cavill avenue the service was quick and simple to use but when the food arrived it was more than disappointing, The service was good otherwise three stars

Service is poor. Had a booking, waited at the door for a long period of time till someone came to direct us to our table had to go find someone. Refused to take orders had to use QR, made to pay service fee. All food came out at different times. All mains came out with be delays between each. By the time the 4th main came out all other 3 mains were cold. Staff refuse to engage that we had to chase after them to ask for assistance. Horrible place and food don't bother wasting your time or money

Food tasted okay but have had better, not everyone’s dish came out at same time & were served without cutlery, had to ask for cutlery & when cutlery arrived it was placed on dirty table, overpriced considering poor service, will not be eating there again.

Came in for my daughter’s 10th birthday. There was no worry from staff with all the kids, they were amazing and made the experience so easy. And went to extra mile with cake and candles and singing for her. It was a wonderful experience.

Ordered the beef Ragu and there was no beef, pasta was overcooked and glugy. Don’t waste money at the surfers paradise store, it’s a tourist trap. Prawns were old and very fishy tasting. Experience was shocking. Don’t do it!

Good value for money with good food. Downside is the seasoning and lamp island on the table is really not good for sharing food!
