    Good food, reasonable prices and helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was the option to use the QR code. This takes away some of the experience.

    Love going to Vapianos! The food is great, the atmosphere lovely , the staff are always friendly and helpful. Good value and good fun!

    It was lucky we had a voucher otherwise we would of walked out. 1 adult was feed and ate 90% of their food before it was recognised that no one else had food including the kids. We got handed the wrong food at times. We won't be returning.

    Food was very very average, to the point that we couldn’t eat it. All our meals came out at different times. Very disappointing for price. Won’t go again.

    It all feels very impersonal - especially ordering with the qr code. Meals were underwhelming - pasta undercooked and not hot. We both felt sick later that night and regretted ordering prawns. Also seems strange for a tip to be optional through the ordering platform - when table service is pretty minimal.

    There was a long wait for everything. Drinks 25mins. Food for an hour and then my daughter's food didn't arrive at the same time. Wait staff did not attend our table, except to deliver food. Were given stools instead of seats even though we had booked beforehand. Restaurant appeared very understaffed and overbooked.

    Awful customer service. Cannot fault meals but attitude from manager was disgusting. Thank you to the staff for being lovely and trying to make this atrocious evening better.
