it was incredible! The food was delicious and the drinks were phenomenal. It was an excellent way to celebrate my 21st with fantastic food, excellent service and great company. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

The food was really nice as it usually is however, the pizzas (half of our group) came 10-15 minutes after the pastas. This meant our group were eating at different times which made the meal less enjoyable. The people who got their meals early did not know when to start and delayed their meals because they did not want to be eating at different times. A few minutes is acceptable but 10-15 is not and should have at least been acknowledged. Our welcome was a little odd as well. The initial waiter seemed distracted and moved us to another staff member who seemed unsure as to where we were sitting (even though we had reserved the table a few days before) and stated that initially we were going to be sitting at different tables. As said before, the food was good and is a nice setting.

Lovely service and very prompt. We had a party of 16 and the servers were extremely accomodating, friendly and kind.

Lovely food! Miss the contact of having a waiter come to do the order rather than the link, but the young ones enjoyed this option. Delicious risotto! We will be back.

Great place for an after work dinner, especially if you get there in time for happy hour :) Service was great right from when we arrived. The staff are very attentive and quickly refilled our water and cleared our plates. The food was very good, they have mastered their classics. I highly recommend the bolognese and the garlic bread with mozzarella. We will definitely be back!

Table for two booked. Both meals did NOT arrive together. Upon initial enquiry follow-up after about 10 minutes of 1 of 2 meals being delivered, one of the waiters advised that there was a mistake / error with the meal, and that it needed to be remade. More time elapsed. A follow-up with the head-of-house advised that, apparently, the meal docket was misplaced by a new staff member (or words to that effect). Very strange and inconsistent, given that both meals were taken as part of the same order. Vouchers for two free pasta meals were provided. But the damage was well and truly already done. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING

We had a great meal at Vapiano. Their pizzas are wood fired and come in a thin crust authentic Italian style. We also had a tiramisu and panna cotta. Both were generous portion sizes and tasted amazing.

Beautiful new restaurant that was very clean. Had some great purchases during happy hour. Food was so fresh and loved the options of the zoodles for our diabetic son.

The food is great. However, we had a pregnant lady and a 2 year old child with us and we never received their food. Upon asking multiple times asking where it was and for a refund when it was still delayed we had to walk out of the establishment before they would take the matter seriously and refund them. A kids meal should be the first thing that comes out at least, let alone forgetting the kids meal and another meal entirely.
