Welcome to Van Van Cuban Cafe!
We are a family owned & operated Cuban restaurant that offers food lovers the opportunity to experience the authentic flavors of Cuban Cuisine served in a stylish way. Our menu focuses on traditional Cuban preparations such as Lechon Asado, Ropa Vieja, and Pollo a la Cubana, but also displays some famous international dishes such as Churrasco Steak, Shrimp al Ajillo, and others. We have been highly rated all over the internet since our opening in late 2019, our dedicated staff strives to consistently provide an excellent customer service & great Cuban food.

Every entree and side was perfect. The chicken cubano was amazing as well as the pulled pork. The waitstaff was very attentive. Nice little restaurant with lively music.

We chose to sit outside due to the loud music inside and the lack of space. Very small indoor space and the outside had no ambiance since you are on the sidewalk of a busy building next to the parking lot. Service was pleasant but slow. Food came out lukewarm but the server did not come out to check on us until we were almost done. Tostones were like hard small frisbees and the chimichurri steak was unevenly cooked due to the difference in size on each side. Overall not five stars as described. Would not recommend or return.

Service, food, and Cuban- themed ambience were all excellent. I ordered the Chicken Churrasca. There were 2 and a half large, thin pounded sautéed boneless chicken breasts with a delicious sauce of herbs and garlic. The green salad with house dressing and black beans were tasty side dishes. I selected an excellent Spanish Tempranillo. My husband had a seafood medley of mussels and shrimp in a garlic, tomato sauce. We split a slice of Tres Leches cake. We really enjoyed this meal. Highly recommend. Will return soon.

Great authentic Cuban food. Our favorite was the Lechon Asado. Great flavor! The sides of sweet plantains and moros was also delicious. We also had the Churrasco which was good as well. We just really loved the flavor of the pork! Husband had a solid mohito and I had a Tempranillo which was good and my mom had the Rose. We had an attentive server and the only thing I would say is the music was a bit loud but not too bad. My mom wears hearing aids so we are a bit more sensitive to that when we are out as she can’t hear as well when the music is too loud.

Myriel was a great hostess. All six (6) of us had different dishes from chicken steak to pork chunks. The sides were salads, sweet plantains, white rice, yellow rice, black beans, yucca. All tasted authentic. Definitely recommend.
