The Valley Restaurant brings a European feel to Niagara dining. Tucked away on a quiet street in north St. Catharines close to Niagara-on-the-Lake this trattoria style restaurant serves homemade Italian inspired cuisine. Everything is made in house from the fresh baked bread, fresh pastas and sauces, gelato and incredible desserts. The menu includes veal, seafood, steak, a variety of pasta dishes including gnocchi, lasagne, ravioli. There is a full cocktail menu and fabulous wine list including local and imported selections. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a large fireplace, intimate tables, white linen tablecloths and impeccable service.

    The owner is on site and very attentive, wait staff are well trained and proficient. The food is excellent, a little pricey, but overall worth it. It's why we go back year after year.

    We liked the service very much. Our waiter was friendly , knowledgable and efficient. It was a very good evening and the food was tasty and just the right amount.So glad that the birthday acknowledgement was kept private.THANK YOU FOR A VERY PLEASANT TIME.

    Amazing!!!! Honestly they just keep getting better and better at Valley. Our first was so good! I had the Dolce Pear Salad (unique presentation and perfectly dressed with wonderful flavours) and the Gnocchi with a red sauce substitution (wow!!! Melted in your mouth!). My husband had steak and said it was perfectly cooked. The service and atmosphere are always great! A big congrats to the Chefs! You nailed it!

    It’s always a lovely dining experience at The Valley! We love the dim lighting + candles which always feels so cozy. I’ve been many times and it’s consistently a 10/10 evening.
