We brought some first timers to Valley Lodge and we had a great evening. Our friends loved the food, service, and the ambience.

My husband and I love the Valley Lodge in Wilmette. The ambiance is amazing and we love the fireplace. Everything is great!

Great place, great food. We had to wait a little bit for our reserved table, but honestly, that doesn't even matter, for I know they were trying to open up a table for us, and even came back to give us updates. Food is outstanding. Excellent ingredients well prepared. Service also outstanding, multiple trips back to the table to be sure we were happy. Busy restaurant on a Saturday night, yet we felt taken care of personally.

Hostess was most accommodating. Reserved for 4, but made 5 at last minute. Disappointed in the white fish entree, not to your normal standard.

the service is always wonderful. They are very friendly, warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. I love the appetizers. This time we had pretzel bites, and green beans. Usually we get the shrimp appetizer which is great (but a little spicy for some people). I had a delicious fresh salad, my sister-in-law loves the sliders, husband liked the chicken sandwich. You can't go wrong at Valley. Their Carrot cake is the best I ever tasted, but I am also partial to the cookie sundae. It's a great bustling neighborhood gem.
