Valle Omakase es una experiencia única, para llevar a tu paladar por un viaje gastronómico con propuestas de autor.

El menú degustación es elaborado y diseñado por Chef Quindere usando productos locales y japoneses siempre de una manera sustentable y respetando la naturaleza; el menú está en constante cambio ya que el chef pasa grande parte de su tiempo haciendo pruebas y dibujando nuevos platillos. También contamos con una variedad de sake, vinos y mixología de autor.

Chef Quindere pasó un tiempo estudiando y trabajando en Tokyo, Seychelles, en el Four Seasons Hotel, Hawaii, San Diego , Miami y recientemente Chef Consultor de Cuixmala Hotel en Jalisco y para el grupo Oasis Restaurantes en Manzanillo, México.

En el desarrollo de su carrera, ha tenido oportunidades de trabajar con chefs altamente reconocidos, incluyendo celebridades como el Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, el Chef Estrella Michellin Jeff Ramsey y Chef Alan Wong en el Waldorf Astoria en la isla de Maui entre otros.

Do not doubt to book a table if you're able to. We came to the second seating and WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. Come hungry, if you do not like raw fish either don't come or you'll learn to love it here. Small seating of 12 with the chef and team preparing each dish in plain sight and explaining every single one. 15 out of 10. Great experience and amazing food. The ambiance makes it so that you end up speaking with the other diners and interact with the team and chef. Loved it and it's absolutely worth every cent.

Unique omakase dining: Valle in the background instead of a dark sushi bar. Bucket list dining experience.

Todos los platillos estuvieron excelentes; la atención en la barra del chef estuvo muy bien y sobre todo porque te explica cada platillo. El servicio es muy bueno y cada platillo único. Lo recomiendo mucho 👌🏼 Nota: si van deben de ir con la mentalidad de experimentar sabores e ingredientes diferentes para que disfruten más la experiencia. 💯

Valle Omakase is a culinary masterpiece. The uniqueness of dishes and combinations of flavors was the best. The whole experience is high class and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. You must go here!

The Valle Omakase is truly an incredible culinary experience throughout. Chef Quindere is likable, very knowledgeable, and passionate about the courses he carefully selects and prepares. The chef-curated dinner and direct interactions with the chef were the best. The chef's expertise and the team who worked alongside him made for the most memorable one-of-a-kind experience. His masterpieces were crafted right before our eyes. Omakase literally means "I Leave The Details Up To You," so here it begins... . Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated before our 5:00 PM tasting experience. We selected a beautiful ceramic sake cup which was filled with delicious sake. The previous experience ended, so we joined the chef at the half circle table for a truly incredible experience. The best dining experience I've ever had. The fish was fresh and the ingredients were locally sourced, some directly from the farm on the property. We decided to enjoy the 13 course + 1 dessert experience. They also offer a wine/drink pairing, but ordered our own drinks instead. The 13 courses were so beautifully presented and prepared with passion; meticulous care. The courses were all so unique and flavorful, even considering the texture. *The location is the Hotel Boutique & Spa Valle de Guadalupe, off of the second story restaurant, Fuego Cocina Del Valle. The restaurant and bar are little, but the views are mighty. The beautiful mountains and vineyards make the most picturesque background. Reservations are a must, seating is limited because the experience is intended to be intimate/personal. Use OpenTable for your reservation! I look forward to returning during our next visit to Valle. I highly recommend omakase, it provides an unparalleled dining experience. A must! Phenomenal food, service, and ambiance!

Todo estuvo increible! Los trece tiempos a la par de otras dos parejas por lo que la atencion y las explicaciones fueron personalizadas. Nos encanto el trato que nos dieron, definitivamente volveremos.

Absolutely best omakase experience I’ve had. Best dining experience I’ve had. Fish is of the best quality and prepared with the tastiest ingredients. Chef passionately feeds your brain with all the ingredients and why the fish is prepared in the matter that it is on your plate. You become intuned with your senses of your tongue, your nose, your eyes, and your ears!! It’s stimulating but also soul fulfilling. All ancillary staff are professionally aiding chef to be chef. Chef orchestrates the ambience. Alfonso, the server, adds the bass (not fish) to add rhythm to the night with the best handcrafted refreshments. This was my second time here, and I brought my friends eagerly to impress upon the gem of a sushi place onto them. My wishes were granted by that genie of a Chef Quinderé. Thank you. I’ll be back many times. Kanpai!
