Really enjoyed our evening at Valerie. We went with another couple before a concert at the Budweiser stage and we were not disappointed. Service was quick and attentive and the food was excellent. Our only complaint was the seating, very low and uncomfortable couches. A few back billows would have helped but other than that we enjoyed everything:)

Atmosphere and food were good, although they served us the wrong drinks and food. Not sure if it was because the noise levels were too loud for the server to hear us well or they made a mistake. We just ate and drank what we were served because we didn’t want to wait for the right order. We wanted to each other another drink but the server never came back around until we just asked for the bill and left. For the price I expected better service.

5/5*. Extremely likely to recommend to family and friends. The food was fantastic; the ambiance was incredible. We'll definitely be back the next time we're around Hotel X.

My husband and I went here yesterday for our anniversary dinner. It’s a beautiful restaurant, unfortunately the only positive I can say is that the food came out quickly and the view was stunning. The service however was simply awful. Our waitress brought us water and took our initial order and that was the last we saw of her. We sat, trying to flag her down multiple times and she simply ignored us. We managed to get one more order out of her which was not met, drinks forgotten, no water throughout the whole dinner. She acted rude, like she was too busy to bother with us. We ended up having to ask 2 other waiters for our bill and drinks as she was no where to be found. We will be contacting the management as her behaviour was completely inappropriate and unacceptable considering how expensive the restaurant is. Waste of a dinner in Toronto.

Way louder than I was expecting and not in a good way. Food was ok but it’s not cheap or anything … service was a miss. Great view and nice room

The service as well as the view is outstanding, but the noise level of the speakers on the rooftop makes a normal conversation quite impossible.

We had an amazing time at this restaurant. The food and the view from the patio were amazing. One of the best views that you can get of the city and the lake. Highly recommend this place.

Very windy on the patio. Could hardly eat with everything blowing around including my hair. They provided a blanket as if was very cold. I would have enjoyed eating inside more. Food was decent

The waitress was absolutely no helpful, menu was without any visuals, no pictures. It was hard for us to imagine the dishes. When we asked help she mentioned those are very common Japanese dishes. She quickly went through some. It was not enough explained View and taste of the dishes are great, service is not good at all
