Worst service I’ve experienced in Toronto! Took 20 minutes for the server to even approach us and were then told they don’t have ingredients to make the drinks. Came for the dj and were told he’s not there and can’t sit in that area anyways.

Disappointed. Hostess was very rude. We arrived prior to our reservation. (We were the only people in the restaurant). She was "busy" talking with other employees, made us wait an inordinate amount of time. Then I thought I must be standing in the wrong spot, so I advanced to where she was and she said "WAIT THERE !". Then was a bit "flippy" in her responses to us while seating us. Not ever a hello, or a smile. Bartender was busy on his phone for at least 10 minutes until I finally asked for service. The server served us our lunch (2 people , 2 items) and he said "it will come out at different times." I said "no, we would prefer to eat our lunch together"... Seemed obvious to me when only two people and each order an item each... Had to wave him down for 2nd drink order. He never returned to check on us and or provide more water or anything. I repeat - we were the only people in the entire restaurant. If they could not handle 2 people for lunch, not sure how they are going to be able to handle a room full. Disappointing experience.

The food and service were great! The only unfortunate thing is that they advertise free parking while you dine and unfortunately there was a concert across the street and the lot was full, no other option then find a green P lot 12 minute walk away. I really think there should be some spots left for your dining guests.

Excellent restaurant and bar on the 28th floor with expansive views of Toronto. Rooftop bar was great. Our server, Samantha, was incredible!

Lauren our server was absolutely iconic - beautiful inside and out, genuinely listened to our conversations and cared, had great recommendations and offered amazing service. The frozen espresso martini was our reason for going to Valerie and wow was it ever worth the hype. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere was wonderful. We sat inside as it rained on and off all day but would love to try the patio next!

The view and ambience is great and very intimate. The service is unfortunately poor and the food is average.

Awful experience, the food was terrible, service was terrible, live music was not great for a Friday night. We have given the restaurant several chances just to be disappointed every time. It’s a shame because the space is so beautiful. They need a complete revamp, chef, menu, staff and entertainment.
