It was a nice evening, good food, a nice bottle of champagne, and especially our server, Jersey did a good job and was very friendly. But to get there we had to jump through some loops. First of all the entrance is very cramped and it was so loud that I couldn’t understand the lady at the desk. We had a reservation but our table was not ready. So we sat at the bar, had a nice cocktail, all good no rush. We finished our cocktail, checked out at the bar and I asked at the desk about our table. They said they could give us a high chair table if we didn’t want to wait. I told them, my husband had hip replacement some weeks ago and wouldn’t be comfortable sitting for another hour on a high chair. When we finally got our table it was a booth - not good for my husband either. But after that, when we were finally seated all was good. That was our third time at Valentinas and every time our table wasn’t ready, when we arrived and we had to wait for about 30 minutes.

Very disappointing, service and food from CMR last evening, and although the manager did apologized and compensate the table, I truly don’t believe they deserve a higher rating. The restaurant is beautiful. The service very slow, waited over an hour for entrées, as well our table had to request refills on the drinks while waiting. Lasagna was overcooked and dry. Spaghetti had no flavor (lack of season)! And other entrées came out barely warm. Very disappointing when it comes to CMR. My hopes it was just an off night. I know CMR can do way better than this! Thankful to the manager that apologized.

Had the best chicken Parmesan ever! Place is beautiful but noisy. Waiter was attentive.

Unfortunately Valentina’s was a let down. The month wait to get in is overrated and manufactured. The apps were good, although the veal meatball at Marcella’s is better. The main courses were mediocre (chicken parm and lamb gnudi) and they do not offer fresh parm (there is a shaker on the table). They are so busy that they can’t seem to keep up with making quality food. The servers know the food does not live up to the hype. Cameron Mitchell restaurants are not what they used to be.

Excellent restaurant, large selection of excellent food and drink. Loved the Cacio e Pepe, lasagna, and rigatoni bolognese.

The butternut squash ravioli was terrible. Burnt flavor, inedible. Service subpar, waited forever for glass of wine. Overrated space. Second time we were there within a week, will not return. Also, hostess very off putting, she set the tone for a bad evening.
