We ate at Vacca on Friday night. The ambiance was nice. Service was friendly. Steak was delicious and the sides were good. Will definitely go back. The only negative is that they serve the food on a rolling cart and the wheels made a lot of noise. But that is a easy fix.

The food was delicious and the portions were big . Our server Ellysia was excellent in every way . She takes her job seriously and had pride in every which way. She recommended a few things and was spot on . We will be back .

Cat was an amazing waitress! Very knowledgeable about what Vacca has to offer!! Every aspect of our dinner was superb!!

Great vibes, experience, service, drinks, food! Hit the nail on the head across the board. Great experience. Glad Metairie has another fantastic steak house. My wife and I will be back!

Great food and dining experience. Highly recommend. Everything was delicious and our server Alecea ( I think that’s how it’s spelled )was awesome. Will be back.

Accordingly the ribeye steak was great. Cooked exactly like my husband likes it. I got crab cakes. Equally enjoyable. Julianna served us and made us feel more than welcome. Great birthday gift for him. Can’t wait to go back. Little pricy but first class.

From the moment we walked in everything was great. From the host to our server it was a 10/10. It was our first time going we wanted to try it out because we say it on TikTok,and it exceeded our expectations. By the way try the blueberry cheese cake it was great!
