I want to say than you to the wonderful and caring staff at Vacanza! They made my mothers 85 th birthday extra special! From the handwritten card to champagne and Tirimissu after and the incredible homemade bread and pasta it was out of this world! Thank you!!

Great food, excellent margarita pizza, Cesar salad and the olive oil dip was super. Forgot our waitresses name but she was perfect and another young lady was so sweet. See you soon.❣️❣️❣️

Visiting town and had a lovely dinner. Nice cocktails, excellent food menu, and Robert our server was attentive and friendly. An overall positive experience. I will be back!

We had a lovely dinner at Vacanza Romana in El Dorado Hills. It’s a great spot if you’re craving Italian food with a bit of a modern twist. The homemade pasta was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and definitely made with care. Portions were generous, which was a nice surprise since we left feeling more than satisfied. The ambiance was welcoming, and the live music added a nice touch without being too loud. Service was friendly, though the pace was a bit slow at times, but it wasn’t an issue since we were enjoying a relaxed evening. Overall, if you’re in the area and looking for a casual but enjoyable Italian dining experience, Vacanza Romana is worth a visit. We celebrated my husband Birthday and It was a great experience, we loved food and service! Our waiter Robert did outstanding job! We’ve got complementary dish and dessert, it was very unexpected and big surprise for us! Strongly recommended this restaurant!

I would say the food was very good lots of options but there were a few refinements that I would say need to happen to elevate this place a bit more. 1. My son got handed a used kids menu which was just kind of odd, scribbled on with food stains - it’s a paper menu, like throw it away, print a new one. That may sound nit picky but cleanliness is important with food and it just threw off a “cutting corners” vibe and lack of attention to detail. 2. The music was WAY too loud, and it was a bit cramped inside. It’s def not a place I would go for a date night. Also a bit cold inside. Food is definitely got of, I liked the many options and enjoyed my food but the ambiance needs a bit of work
