Jason was the best server, even though we joked alot, he was great and always with a big smile. Manager that night went out of his way to thank me for making a reservation and I thanked him for finally opening up to reservations. Makes going out with a group so much easier. U Tiki is stepping it up!

i didn't feel the food was as good as it has been in the past. Seemed like the cook may have changed, but not sure. Lobster roll was pricey and not very good. I had fish toco's and they put a lot of green sauce on them and lost the taste of the fish. Not very good. Rice and beans were very bland. Appetizers were very good. Overall I may not return.

Sierra delivered great service. The food selections, flavors, and portions were outstanding. It was energetic (and a little loud, but fun for a Saturday night). Highly recommend.

Really nice experience with our family. Great service. Sat at an outdoor table by the water. 3 of the 4 of us had fish and all loved our meal (the 4th got a burger and he really enjoyed it). There are some renovations going on, but had no impact on the ambiance.

Friends love this place. We had never been. Accepting reservations via Open Table was helpful. Not busy last night (Labor Day). 1st table for 6 was too loud with screaming kids. Host staff took convincing to get them to move us. Meals were delicious but our waiter, Michael, was often missing in action. I asked for separate checks for the 3 couples. 1st check has my friend’s alcohol on my bill along with my 1 beer. 2nd bill has my beer on friends check and I still have the mixed drink. 3rd bill is correct but used the wrong credit cards. Manager tries to tell me that I put the credit cards in the wrong flap of the bill fold. Common sense was missing as our names were on credit card receipts or they could have asked for clarification. The restaurant is undergoing massive renovation. I hope the general management looks carefully at competency of wait staff and floor management to deal with customer issues in a more professional manner and not the 20 minutes it took to get the check mess resolved. Always check your bill!

Open table reservation was a big plus. We were seated in less than 10 min from checking in and our server Mike was great. Will be back soon!
