Jayden was our server. He is knowledgeable and provided recommendations when requested. Terrific pace, as usual. Partner and I fine at Urbano roughly once every two months. Never disappointed, however, this time a large table near ours had been celebrating a bit too much and were very loud. Great, casual meal in a current setting.

Our server gave me the wrong drink- new one took 15 minutes and reminding. 2 of us at table- only one had water glass, took 20 minutes to get a 2nd glass. Guac was brownish green and tasteless. New server picked up our table, but never got an update from prior server who was in the back dining room.

We loved the chips and guacamole! The guacamole was the creamiest and freshest I have tasted in a long time. We had tacos and they were super tasty. Our only complaint was when we told our server we had tickets to an event and needed the check as soon as we got our food, he ignored our request. It was frustrating but we would go again as long as we don't have somewhere to go after.

So let me start by saying I get that people have off days and that issues happen but our experience was the poorest restaurant experience I have ever had. Started ok with very personable hostesses who accommodated our request to add 2 people to reservation. From there once seated it all started. It took a bit for us to order drinks (do have to give kuddos to bar on quality of drinks). We ordered appetizers while ordering round 2. Our other party guests started to arrive. All the while we were overlooked. All there we ordered main courses - still no apps out. Finally, 1.5 hours into reservation we asked about apps. Brought out shortly after. 30 minutes later, still no entrees. Eventually we had to tell them to forget as we had an event to go to. 2 hours there having spent just about $200 on cocktails and we only had chips and guacamole (which management did comp btw, so thank you) to hold us over that night. With that said, 2 of our guests were locals who shared with us the same server recently gave them a similar experience on their last visit there. Not being from the area I do not think I’ll be back anytime soon. I would not recommend based on my experience but again, there are off days and it seemed we just had some bad luck this time.
