Just not good food. Ordered oysters grilled. They were spoiled and shriveled.

This was my first experience at Urbano and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. The service was slow and my order was not correct and had to be sent back. They did not have any frozen margaritas, they did not mention if the machine was broken or what the reason was. I ordered the shredded beef taco and the shredded chicken taco but they were both not seasoned well. The shredded beef tastes a bit scorched. Overall not a good experience and will not be returning.

The service was great! Our server was very friendly, accommodating, and overall just fantastic. The music was incredibly loud when we arrived, which made it difficult to talk to each other. We mentioned this to our server and he turned it down. We were very appreciative for that. In regards to the food, it was just okay—not bad but It seemed to lack flavor and was rather bland. We may try it out again in a few months.

The food was good, but really overpriced for Mexican food. And the service was super slow and multiple instances of bringing someone else's food to our table.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Urbano. A little disappointed took a server too long to greet us. It was long enough wait she took our entire order. Our server did not offer me a drink. (However, in her defense it was loud where we sat so I may not have heard her.) We ordered an appetizer which came out with our meal. Not cool. The only food I would not get again was the corn appetizer. It sounded delicious as we love Mexican corn. The amount of chili-lime salt blew out my taste buds so I really couldn't enjoy my shrimp and chorizo dinner. We will consider sitting at bar next time as the table for 2 was REALLY small. Get the salsa, it is the BEST we ever have had! We never had hot salsa with chips and will get that again and again. Looking forward to eating there again as the overall experience was good.

Mediocre food Just NO flavor. So disappointed for over $100 for 3 of us NO drinks. The math doesn't math App we got Nachos-this was 10 chips! with some chicken and cheese, unbelievable, just 10 chips on a plate, And no flavor! Chicken soup, hubby said it was bad (and he's not very picky) are some of it we were hungry I got taco salad, I have had these all over the country, my fav. but unfortunately again Zero flavor! Just bad! I mean lacking even basic salt! ( that can easily be made up with good salsa, but didn't eat that either, NO flavor) i didn't even eat half of it Flan for desert, covered in whipped cream.Scraped it off and still couldn't taste the caramel sauce, just whipped cream! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Service- server ok, just never saw her again after our food came. So disappointed, hard to mess up Mexican. Won't be back. When all 3 of us didn't like it, no second chance

This was my third time here. The first time, we made a reservation for 7:30 pm. We get there, and they tell us their kitchen is closed because they are understaffed. They tell us we can still get drinks, guacamole and chips and salsa. Took 40 min to get a margarita. Another 30 to get a guacamole that was literally tasteless. I wanted to give it another try to I went back twice, this time for happy hour. Food was mediocre. Staff was inattentive and was more focused on chatting with each other than providing good customer service. Margaritas were watered down.

Very disappointed and will not go again or encourage others to go. We waited more than several minutes before someone came to reception desk and only after they were told by another customer. The person that came actually looked at us a few times and never addressed us prior to the customer saying something. There were no customers inside other than the bar area which wasn’t busy and a few customers outdoors. The waitress Diana was very courteous and the only positive aspect of this dining experience. Soft drinks came immediately, however my Cadillac margarita was a 15-20 minute wait. The bartender (1) was making drinks for everyone else that came in after us and new drinks for existing customers. Our waitress Diana, eventually asked another employee to make the drink. There was couple that came after 30 minutes after us that received food and drinks expeditiously. The food was good but because of the service for people of color this restaurant will never get a penny from me again.
