Our experience here was fine, but nothing exceptional. Our waitress was the best part of the meal; she was friendly, professional, and reasonably attentive. The red sangria I had was watered down and really not good; and the guacamole was bland. The chips and salsa were decent. All in all, a fair to middling review... not awful, but not great.

Excellent meal. The shredded beef tacos weren’t great; quite dry, but the rest of our meals were quite good. Fun ambiance but far too loud to have an unstrained conversation. We will likely go back but only if we can sit outside.

We are locals that have been going to Urbano since they opened their doors. I've noticed a decline in their service and it seems to be a real chore to get a clean table while sitting outside. We had a reservations but the table they took us to was very dirty. There was a sad attempt to wipe it with a dry napkin but that didn't' work. My chair was sticky and I couldn't sit down. So we asked an employee if we could get it cleaned. We were just standing around for about 10 minutes before another table opened and we asked to move there. Then the waiter told us that we shouldn't just sit ourselves at a dirty table and that the hostess needed to do it. I explained we had a reservation, were sat at a dirty table, and would like to sit at a cleaner table rather than stand around waiting for the hostess to return. Total time standing and waiting around for a clean table 10 minutes, unacceptable. Order for 4 people: crispy half chicken with cilantro rice. Fajita salad, taquitos, Texas platter. The chicken was dry and the rice was certainly not cilantro but some yellow rice. The fajita salad didn't come with dressing so I had to request it, which took entirely too long to receive. The ribs were an odd flavor and also dry. Waitress was pleasant and by no means was docked on her tip for the experience as a whole. We do not plan on going back.

So loud it makes your head spin. Very average on all fronts. Better options around.

I have come to Urbano 116 frequently and have enjoyed every visit. The service is prompt and courteous. The music is sometimes too loud … no one comes to Urbano 116 for the music … but otherwise the ambiance is fine.
