Established in 2012, I started Urban Grill and Wine Bar to add a quality restaurant with a full bar and boutique wine list to an area that is in desperate need of something unique and family operated. Having spent most of our adult lives in the restaurant business, my wife Jaylene and I understand the importance that our food be of the highest quality and our service be very friendly and professional. Our menu offers a variety of dishes from simple but delicious sandwiches to the best steaks and seafood around.

We took our 22 yr old there for his bday. The server, the food, the drinks, the ambiance - all of it was excellent. We loved every moment. It was a Friday night and we had a 6p reservation for 4. The restaurant was about 1/4 full. By the time were done eating it was packed with a wait. I think we went at the perfect time. We will definitely go again. Highly recommend.

Great food- halibut, sea bass, and lamb chops were fantastic. Great service too!

First time trying this place last night. Bar was packed while we waited about 10 minutes for our reservation. Bartender never approached us. Once at our table, our server was excellent! We had the sweet and spicy bang bang shrimp. It was crunchy and delicious! I had the seafood risotto and my fiance had the sea bass on cauliflower puree. Everything was really good. We had the apple fritters for dessert and it was great! Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this place!

Was disappointed in our experience this night. Waited 8 minutes before having to ask the hostess if we had a waiter. Not even the water servers paid attention to our table of 4. Our order took over 30 minutes to come out. Noise level in does not make for a relaxing evening. Food was ok, shrimp was over cooked.

I believe our initial waiter may have been new or had issues. He dropped a tray of waters. Then afterwards we inquired about some beers and he said they did not carry those. We informed the waiter that the website said they were carried, and whne he checked, they were. At that point we were given a new waitress. She was good, but had many tables given that they were now a waiter short, so service was somewhat spotty.

Filet and risotto were superb, but fish and chips were not special. More like fried fish balls. Atmosphere was great and service was excellent.

Terrible service. Possibly server’s first day. Never around. Orders missing major ingredients. Asked for salt and was given 2 pepper grinders. Food was cold when served so waiting for additional ingredients (salt, bacon, butter, jam, coffee) didn’t help. We were one of two tables so it wasn’t as though server was busy. Only been to this restaurant on holidays and it was festive. Brunch was dead. Will not return.
