The service was terrible. It was a sad experience for a birthday dinner. It took a very long time to be helped once we were seated and even longer to receive the food. Won’t dine here again but do highly recommend the ribeye and chili Mac, if you do. They were delicious.

I was pretty disappointed last night and it was not anywhere near as good as previous evenings. It was a business dinner and I had to call ahead to increase table size from 6 to 9 and was told that there would be a delay of 45 mins as a result due to capacity issues. So we drank in bar waiting and had been told we could transfer the bar bill to table - eventually ushered into an almost empty and quiet restaurant (with only 7 guests not the 9 I thought) . It seems the capacity issue was associated with catered event in a banquet room. Took 1 hour from food being ordered to be delivered (too long IMHO). During the wait was forced to close the tab from the bar and when food came I ended up with the toughest steak I think I have ever had as did others. Desert was "ok" but it was just not a great experience which is sad since every other time its been very nice. I will probably just go to el Gaucho in future which seems consistently better.

The food was great. The eggs Benedict were outstanding. Audrey was Avery attentive server. I would definitely return.

Very disappointed that we didn’t get the cake I arranged for to celebrate our friend’s wedding anniversary. When I asked the waiter about it, he brought 2 pieces of some kind of chocolate dessert.

Our food was great my dry aged steak was fantastic and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Everything the food as well as Jonathan yonathon our waiter works exceptionally good. We’ve been coming here for five years twice a year. This is our ninth time. My mother is now 100 years old or celebrating three of our birthdays. It was absolutely excellent. When we got the bill, everything was mixed up three different times we had to wait up to 40 minutes to get our bill corrected numerous times thank you

Staff was amazing, it was our anniversary and they made us feel very special. They brought us complimentary champagne to celebrate and even a card from the staff! Really great atmosphere and friendly staff. Thank you.
