Juliana was an excellent server…very attentive. Absolutely delicious garlic bread…made to perfection. Chicken wings, salad & chicken sandwich was made just right.

WERE LUCKY ENOUGHTO GET OUR SERVER JAIME AGAIN WHO IS GREAT WITH SPACING OUR COURSES - WE HAD WINE AT 1/2 PRICE SINCE IT WAS A TUES SPECIAL - ALSO WE HAD THE COAL FIRE CHICKEN WINGS, WE SPLIT A SALAD , MY HUSBAND HAD A PERSONAL PIZZA WHILE I HAD THE UGH BURGER - DINNER WAS WONDERFUL AS AWAYS - WE ARE PLANNING TO RETURN EVERY MONTH AT LEAST ONCE .

Good service, food was ok, very noisy even though not a lot of people there. On a Sun afternoon, perhaps bring the music down a bit.

Food was sub par. Service was terrible. There is no ambience. Don’t know how they’re still in business. Will never return. Only reason I went because I was given a 25.00 gift card. Happy I didn’t have to pay for the whole meal myself.

We waited 5 minutes at the hostess stand since she was taking a telephone order that she needed to check for several items from others. We were not greeted during that time or acknowledged. Food was sub par. Service was fine - BUT no water refill. My daughter has a food allergy (diary) - very few (if at all) food options. We were surprised that the restaurant was empty for a Sunday - Mother's Day. I suppose that should have been an indicator of the food and overall experience.

It's really loud in the restaurant, not sure if they can do anything about that. Thank God their food absolutely fantastic and delicious... Enough to make you forget about how loud it is!😂 Their wings are incredible... Oven baked and delicious... Although you have to pay extra for the long hot peppers now. I think you used to get them with the order? The burrata appetizer was delicious served with crostini bread grape tomatoes in balsamic and prosciutto. My wife and I both had burgers, the Urban coal House and their mushroom and gruyere burger... Both really good. Service was decent after initially waiting a good 10 minutes for somebody to come to the table after being seated... They were very busy.
