I don't know if they were just having a bad night, but I have seldom seen such inefficiency and ineptitude. We had to ask for paper menus because the QR code card at the table didn't work. They didn't have a wine menu, so our server told us the four red wines they had. The first one we ordered, they were out of. The second one we ordered, they were out of. We settled for our third choice. When we placed our dinner orders, I asked for the soup and salad and was told they had just run out of the soup. (Our reservations were at 6:45; they had just opened at 5:00.) The food was very slow to be brought out. Three times while we were waiting, a server approached our table to ask if the plate they had in their hand was for us - it wasn't. My husband's burger was the first plate to be brought out; my salad was next to last. It took three trips to serve food to four people. While we were finally eating our dinner, people began to come in for the concert. There was no room for them, so they just filled up the lobby area, so we had people standing next to our table while we were eating. I ordered a cocktail and one of my dinner companions gave the server her card. Several minutes later, the server came back to say that she had run our card for a different table. They finally resolved this issue about the same time I finally received my cocktail; the bartender didn't know how to make it and had to look it up. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever endured.

Slow service, one server for entire area, out of one food selection but not told until others were served and too late to reorder before concert. Ice cold and undercooked French fries. Incorrect check details! Waited 10-15 minutes to order a drink! Mindful we were there for a concert. Tried to take a drink into the concert……one bartender said they were totally out of white wine and one said no wine on been chilled. This was at 6:30……….they still had another show that evening. Not a good experience!

Service was slow and seemed to be un experienced. The food was pretty good, although they did not have one of the tapas we ordered.

Went to the Candlelit concert at the theatre and decided to eat at the uptown lobby beforehand. Food was delicious and we made it to the concert right on time.

It was not a good experience. It was 5:15, only 2 other tables of ppl , so not busy. The waitress was new, so trying to cut her some slack… ordered a Mojito , but they did not have the ingredients, so I tried to go simple & ordered Pinot Grigio( white wine) it took a long time as “she had to go to the basement to find it” only to return with a glass of red wine( Pinot Noir) she did not know the difference. When I viewed the website it looked like they had some type of ahi tuna that I was looking forward to. Turns out they had a handful of appetizers, but only a burger for an entree… really??!! It taste good, but suddenly the selection was reduced to “0”! The ambience was good, a cool renovated old building, but besides that it was very poor service and selection.

Impossible to judge this place on this occasion as they had some problem in the kitchen and weren't serving dinner. They were kind enough to call and let us know prior to our arrival, but I didn't get the message. When we arrived, they issued us generous gift cards to make up for our trouble, which was an excellent gesture. We will be happy to give this place another chance because of their reactions.

John, I am very sorry we had a series of unfortunate events that evening. The primary one being our chefs were waiting for a truck delivery that did not arrive until after our Lobby opened that day. This was impossible to make up for as our chefs were waiting on items to prep for service. To be fair to guests and chefs we had to make the tough decision to close the kitchen for the PM and begin prep for the next day.

We were there at 5:00 reservation - plenty of time before our 6:30 show in the same building, right? Wrong!!! We were never served our meals. We ordered promptly at 5:00, but finally canceled our orders at 6:20, as the show did not have reserved seats. The manager came by at 5:55 and asked how we were doing. Told him, “We have been waiting almost an hour for our food!” He left and never came back. Gave up at 6:20. At least two other couples were in the same situation-one had been there since 4:30! Oh, and no apology or explanation was given by anyone! I’d provide a rating for the food, but we never got any. And we won’t be back there again.

I do want to sincerely apologize as explained to John another visitor that day. I am very sorry we had a series of unfortunate events that evening. The primary one being our chefs were waiting for a truck delivery that did not arrive until after our Lobby opened that day. This was impossible to make up for as our chefs were waiting on items to prep for service, we were going to make an attempt to prep a la minute BUT To be fair to guests and chefs we had to make the tough decision to close the kitchen for the PM and begin prep for the next day. We are offering gift cards to guests whose dining reservations were impacted that day. We are actively seeking different distributors because of this.

We've been here a couple of times before, and really liked the experience and the food. This time, it was a little different. The food was good. Really enjoyed that, but it took forever. It felt like the service was a bit disconnected. Waited over a half an hour for what was really appetizers. But the main drag on this experience was the "entertainment." We came for the Barcelona Flamenco event, but it seemed like they had a local group of aficionados who were, I guess, just practicing or something. Nothing cohesive, just a bunch of people fluttering around with fans and castanets. Background music was blaringly loud and it was clear that the "dancers" were performing to their "own" rhythm, not that of the music. It became annoying very quickly. I'm a flamenco guitarist, and whatever that was, well, it wasn't flamenco. Not even close. Just loud, brash and disconnected. I don't like to be super-critical, but with events like this, you take your family for the overall experience, and this is a part of it. Just didn't work this time. Sorry. I'd absolutely go again, but next time, I'll call before to make sure that the pre-show entertainment is going to be what one would expect. If it isn't, I'll probably catch a bit somewhere else and make it just before the show. (By the way, the show started a half-hour late. Tickets stated 7:00PM, but it didn't start until 7:30PM. Wrote the organizer. They never responded. Figures...)

Excellent evening with friends listening to great music from Pete Hofmann. Food was good. Service was good.

The venue is very pleasant. The food is pricey for what you get. The food temp was room temp - not hot. I had the shrimp linguini - had a charred taste. The burgers and fries (fries are extra) were very average. We tried what we were told was a large fresh hot cookie for $6 - no it was 2 small cookies not fresh and the pumpkin desert - almost tasteless with a tiny bit of whipped cream. The server never smiled. We had to ask for more water - she had no other tables. 2 burgers, a small serving of pasta, desert $120. I’d probably not recommend.
