Almost three years on from its culinary christening, Upstairs has sparked a reputation for casual dining in its finest form. A self-contained dining space, Upstairs offers guests a selection of small plates from our daily-changing menu, all of which are cooked to order from an open island kitchen and designed to share.

As well as being available for reservations and exclusive hires, Upstairs proudly plays host to a variety of exciting events and special evenings for our guests to enjoy; from expertly-led wine masterclasses to convivial Sunday lunches.

Our aim has always been to offer our guests the opportunity to get closer to the cooking process than ever before, and with the unfaltering passion and dedication of our team, a recently (and very proudly) received Bib Gourmand Award, and the continued support of our wonderful guests, we truly see nowhere to go but up.

6:30pm Arrival 7pm Sit Down Phil Howard will be joining us at Upstairs at Trinity to cook an intimate dinner. Chef Phil and Chef Adam will be holding a Q&A after dinner to deep dive into the incredible challenge Phil undertook this Summer, as well as, of course, his amazing career. Menu: Sourdough Bread with Farm House Butter ~ Mixed Seafood Hors D’Oeuvres Crab, Shrimps, Caviar, Mackerel, Oyster, Anchovies ~ Barbecued Presa of Iberico Pork with Endive, Hot Honey, Orange and Soy ~ Port Roasted Figs with Citrus Beignets, Milk Ice Cream and Olive Oil ~ Madeleines £90 per person All of the menu proceeds from this dinner will be donated to the Charity Phil has been raising funds for over the last few months - Cure Leukaemia.

The best time for Saturday lunch, incredible food and ambience, service from Laura was amazing and the three chefs including Annie served us up a veritable feast! Will be coming back asap!

We went for dinner to Upstairs Trinity, which is situated above the Michelin stared restaurant Trinity of the chef Adam Byatt . The décor is simple, and customers sit on stool, there is an open kitchen. The menu is varied, with a Mediterranean theme. The idea is to share plates, however we shared a starter and then got two main dishes. The meat and the fish dishes were cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic. We had a wonderful evening and would recommend this restaurant.

Had a lovely time, delicious drinks, the burrata was epic, we ate too much to squeeze I pudding disappointingly! We’ll have to come back for pudding in for our next visit…! Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience at Trinity Upstairs, this was an superb way to experience beautifully prepared first class food at a very reasonable price. For Adam Byatt, to give his staff this opportunity to showcase their own food is very rewarding both to the customer and the Chef. All food was served in a timely fashion. Staff were attentive to the customers needs. Great selection of wine to accompany the 5 course meal. Would highly recommend this to any person who wants to treat their taste-buds to something special.

extraordinary food (to be expected) - plenty for non meat eaters - gloriously friendly and delightful staff, jolly and warm ambience and lovely view (and gentle breeze) from the open windows. The cooking and serving staff knew we were celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary and went over and above in responding to that - we felt very cherished. Thank you to all.

A truly fantastic meal, I hope that his new venture is a sucess I would strongly recommend a visit to either his new restaurant wildflowers or to any Trinity events, have found them all to be fantastic
