Upstairs at The Morrow is overlooks the NoMa neighborhood with a panoramic view of the Capitol and the Washington Monument. Enjoy the sunsets from the perfect spot , we require a deposit of $25 per person. that will be applied to your final bill. Cancellation fees are applied for reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to your reservation. Please note: You booked an OUTDOOR table, it is weather dependent, and we cannot guarantee indoor accommodations in the event of inclement weather.

2/4 drinks contained no alcohol but I was charged for premium grey good vodka for soda water . The other two , one was a half shot of premium when I asked for rail no one told me that was grey goose and $24 a shot . My dates drink , same thing . The food was as decent but serving so small could have been one persons appetizer . Then later I paid the bartender directly for 1 more drink a piece , again I was not told rail was $24 a shot , one was all soda water but never changed on the tab. So $50 for an opentable reservation for a place half filled ( clearly wasted money ). 55 (w/tips) at the bar and an $180.00 bill for 4 drinks and two appetizers . So $285.00 for a tab that could have cost $120 or so and elsewhere ( given they have high end drinks ) . Great atmosphere , music too loud but I feel some money should be returned to my card

Our experience could have been better, but the heat inside made it bad. They had the doors open, so you could really enjoy the inside. The food was okay. We ended up spending $81 between the both of us.

This place is the place to be. Point,blank, period. From the food to the drinks to the view. They also have exceptional customer service which is an A+ in my book. This girl loves Upstairs at The Morrow and will visit every chance I get.🥂

Had a great time, showed up 15 minutes early, was able to sit me down almost immediately. Tried six vastly different cocktails, was satisfied with all of them. Before I finished one, they had already delivered the next. Tha staff was polite and it was very easy to order. Sat outside next to the fire pit overlooking the city with the capital building in the backdrop. The fire pits flames are adjustable to allow ambiance as the night was not that cold. Reservation was at 9 on a Saturday.

I made this reservation under the impression that I will get my moneys worth. I feel like this restaurant does not follow policies or guidelines to confirm my reservation when I got there. They had the reserved space to someone else without even contacting me. Someone tried to damage control and they sat next to a couple, invading their privacy the food and the drinks was delicious not too bad on the prices

Reserved this rooftop on put a deposit down and planned my New Years around coming here to enjoy sunset. Once arriving the response was ‘sorry we have the rooftop booked for a private event’ and there’s nothing we can do about it. There must be something extremely wrong with management if you forgot to take down online reservations on arguably the busiest day of the year. Thanks for nothing, creating unnecessary problems for your clients because you’re incompetent. Please return my security deposit ASAP.
