The location was top notch! Right on the water. We made reservations and waited about 20 min for a waiter to even come and get our drink order. Took about 10 min to get our drinks and another 20 min to put our food order in. Took about 20 min to get some food. Three of us had our food, but one of us still didn’t have our food after 10 min. Finally, a burger was set in front of me and I was asked to touch it and see if there was bbq sauce (the burger I ordered should’ve had it) but it was not there. They removed it and said it was a “sweet plum” burger and I didn’t order that. So they make me a new one and bring it 10 min later. Then I realize it is the same burger they brought me before. Then we wait about 20-30 minutes to get the right burger and we asked for it together because by this point we had been there well over 2 hours. All we got were apologies. No refund, no in store credit, no nothing. Honestly, I’d go back for the view and food, but the customer service was very much lacking.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was amazing. Prices are great. Facility was clean, and the atmosphere was fun. 10/10 recommend!

We had reservations but were given a table far away from windows and near front door. Our server had too many tables, at least 2 of which were large parties. Service was SLOW and we had to ask about both our starter and food. I thought brunch menu was overpriced. Starter menu and burger menu were fair prices. Pulled pork is very good.

We chose brunch & we were disappointed. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Biscuits & gravy had little gravy. Home fries were most likely from a frozen bag and not hot. No salt or pepper on the table. I asked for ketchup 3 times before receiving. My husband said his eggs were good. We tried this place as a new restaurant for us but decided we would not go back as our choice. Sorry to say it was a disappointment for Father’s Day.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun. They were very busy so service was a little slow. Servers/food runners turned away while we were still trying to make requests. They were friendly.

We had a very large group and had a great view of the Ohio River. But the service was terrible this time. We've been there before and never had any problems. By the time we got our food it was pretty cold.
