Up Cellar is a modern steakhouse, wine bar and cocktail lounge offering an elevated dining experience.

Our culinary team is committed to sourcing as locally as possible, highlighting the very best purveyors and farms in our regional. The dinner menu features dry-aged and American waygu steak, seafood and select proteins from Indiana farms.

The thoughtfully curated wine menu features a choice selection of new world and old world wines. The by the glass wine offerings rotate frequently and the bottle list offers exceptional value. Our award winning mixology team offers an innovative and inspiring selection of seasonal cocktails.

Up Cellar is reserved for patrons 21+. Dinner is served from 5pm to 10pm with last seating at 9:30pm. Reservations for dinner are highly recommended. An intimate rooftop patio is available weather permitting by request. Up Cellar is located on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs.

Definitely an excellent choice for a more upscale restaurant option. The food itself definitely fell under fine dining and tasted as such. Ian was our waiter and did an excellent job and was very personable as well. Our only soft critique of the night would be that we were sat at a high top table that was not quite as of comfortable and also in the middle of a high traffic area for the waiters. However they did ask us before hand if we would like a table or high top and we said we didn't care as we had never been there before. That being said, we will be back another time to try out a table or booth. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic date night or just craving some fine dining and or good drinks.

Up Cellar is by far my favorite upscale restaurant. The crab cake appetizer is the best crab cake I have ever eaten. You can’t go wrong with the filet or duck for the main entree. The flavors are wonderful together, not over powering just a delicious blend of perfection. Finish off your dining experience with the 20 year Port and the peach tart. The tart is perfect flaky deliciousness in every bite. The atmosphere is lovely, cozy, and quiet, with gorgeous decor. Be sure to ask for Katie as your server. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the food and beverages and seamlessly delivers. This is the place to go for a lovely dining experience.

Signed birthday card on table was thoughtful. We were given the choice of a 3 ounce pour of Prosecco for the birthday toast, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Started with cold, day old bread. Butter that came with it was really good; however hard to spread on cold bread. Husband had Chardonnay and said it was good. I ordered top shelf dirty martini. Martini glass less than half full. One olive with “funny” taste. I ordered stoli for next to see if it was the top shelf that was the taste issue. Again less than half full martini glass along with the “funny” taste. Maybe the olive juice? I had 6 ounce filet with the Oscar add on. The crab was mushy and overcooked. The vegetable carrot choice was tasty. The mashed potatoes are outstanding. The meat was overcooked. I ordered medium rare. Very little pink. Spice was over done. Husband had pasta with shrimp in a pink sauce. He said it was ok. We are foodies who have eaten at Michelin star restaurants and all over the world. We were not impressed. The mussel appetizer was outstanding. Not sure whether we will give it another chance. Overall we were disappointed.

First time dining here. We started with a wedge salad that was delicious. My sister had the Smoke Show cocktail and I had a bourbon drink recommended by our server Taylor. We both enjoyed our drinks. Entrees were quite generous - five large scallops and sea bass with included sides. The food was really good but the atmosphere did not connect with us. The playlist was great but it was unusually dark. Candles at each table could go a long way in adding a bit more light and intimacy. Overall a nice experience with good service and delicious food.

We had a lovely evening with friends on the outside terrace. Our server was excellent and continued checking on us well after we had finished eating. Love this restaurant so much we travel from downtown Indy.

Food was excellent. Server was outstanding. Love the place music was good and quiet. Would highly recommend for a date night with your special someone. Definitely will be back.

I made this reservation for my wife’s birthday.I l let them know ahead of time she had a shellfish allergy. Got our table and Lexi took care of us. My wife got a Lemon Drop it Like it’s Hot and it was amazing she said. We got the Mac and Cheese side as an app and it was really good, the flavor was excellent. For entrees I got the maple glazed pork chop and she had the duck breast. The Pork chop was amazing. Heirloom carrots were amazing too. The Duck breast was ordered to medium and the flavors were on point. Her potatoes were some of the crispiest she has ever had and they were amazing. Lexi was awesome throughout and answered any of our questions and was really personable. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Tort and the Creme Brûlée. Both were delicious. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back to try different things on the menu.
