Stayed 2 nights at the JW and was a great experience. Unreserved”s staff was amazing. Went out of their way to make sure my family’s experience was excellent. Food was amazing and will definitely be back!

Excellent service. Valentina was knowledgeable and helpful in accomplishing our gluten free meals for two out of our party of six. The environment was pristine and exactly what you’d expect from a JW. The food however was bland and absolutely not worth the prices paid. Parking was also $42 at the deck on the way out. No one offered to validate so we didn’t know this was an added cost. Food taste needs work. We were there from 7:45-9:45. Located on first floor towards back left wall beside salt and sea restaurant inside the JW.

Great selection of foods. Maybe a little pricey for what you get but not by much. Really enjoyed it. And service was excellent!

The ambiance leads you to believe that the food will be top notch. The pizza and ribs ordered were not that. While the pizza was better than the ribs, it wasn’t anything special. The ribs were terrible. The meat tasted older and reheated. The sauce was not as described on the menu. The service was just alright. They were not very attentive and we felt as though we were a burden to the staff.

The Mother's Day brunch was extensive. Especially enjoyed the seafood food section. Lot to eat overall with many different options. Service by Rosty was exceptional as always. Try to get him whenever we stay at the JW.

The food was good and the service was great but the only issue I have is that they do not have sugar free syrup. I’m a diabetic and they asked about allergies but no low sugar options are available.

It was basically empty while we dined there, which was surprising for a Friday night at peak dinner time. Given that I expected the service to be a little more prompt, but the food arrived quickly and it was yummy.
