Uno draws its identity and inspiration from the artisan heritage of the original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago, IL. Each restaurant still makes their Deep Dish Pizza dough fresh every morning. Our Chicago Thin Crust Pizzas are jam-packed with bold flavors. And our new Detroit Style Pizza, with its square shape, crunchy and crispy cheese-baked edge and light and airy crust, is a new favorite among our guests. We offer pizzas that are perfect for all meat-lovers, vegans, and gluten-free guests alike!

Today, we are as passionate about craft beer as we are our pizza. We work with quality brewers to bring you a selection of some of the best national, regional and local craft beers. Nothing goes better together than pizza and beer!

Our menu also features UNO favorites like the Shrimp & Crab Dip and Rattlesnake Pasta as well as a variety of other apps and pastas, salads, burgers and sandwiches, and entrees.

Was my pizza ever good today! I had a cauliflower crust with sliced bell pepper, sliced onion, and sliced tomato. What fine cheese was used on it, as well.

I really feel lucky that Uno has sliced tomatoes for my pizza. Hard to get them, but I got to enjoy them, once again with sliced bell peppers, sliced onions and cauliflower crust. Everything raw to start are the ingredients I select. It was a wonderful day!

Looked like a new crust recipe, but was it ever good on my Deep Dish Spinoccoli. I also loved the way the tomato sauce was ladeled over the top like another topping. So so good.

Lobster on Cauliflower is what I had and, indeed, enjoyed it so much today. Easy eating.

Sarah’s service was wonderful for my Mango Pomegranate Lemonade and my Cauliflower Crust Pizza which included Sliced Bell Pepper, Sliced Onion and Sliced Tomato. So, so good.

Top notch experience! The service and food were all around fantastic!! The sliders and imperial pizza were excellent. The entire staff was personable and attentive. Kudos to Braintree UNO.

I could not enjoy myself any more than I did today with a Cauliflower Crust with Broccoli, Soinach, and Artichoke on it. It was ever so wonderful to go along with Sarah’s fine service at the bar.
