    Food was good and came out hot and timely. However our server was not very good. Our drinks took forever to be served. My first beer was spilled on me by the waiter and although he was kind and apologetic about it, there was no offer to comp it or even offer a comp for anything else. The waiter also took extremely long to come and check on us to see if we wanted any other drinks. If not for the waiter, our dinner would have been excellent.

    Food was incredible! Our service was so slow. We were there for so long, everything took forever, and the restaurant was never even full.

    Everything about Union Straw Taunton is 5 Stars!! An incredible selection of drinks to match the outstanding food. The service and hospitality is even better. Looking forward to our next visit already!

    We were expecting much more for a Saturday night out. Place has potential but needs lots of work on timing and menu and value. Overpriced for what you get.

We take a lot of pride in being a great restaurant and would love to get some detailed feedback so we can continue to grow and get better.     First time at the Taunton location and it did not disappoint. Eclectic drink offerings and wide choices of beers. Food was excellent and service was superb. I had the Portuguese burger and it was one of the best burgers I remember ever having. House chips were so good.

    First time here. It's a hidden gem. Use your GPS to find it. The food was fantastic and handsomely presented. We sat at the bar, by choice. The bartender, Alex, was helpful in describing cocktails and menu choices and fun to talk with, especially about sports. The appetizer special of whipped goat cheese with hot honey was to die for and we saw it on the brunch menu we perused. I had the creole shrimp tacos and my husband had the lemoncello shrimp pasta. Both were delicious. It was overkill to have dessert, but we couldn't resist. The ice cream sandwich, which is a split, homemade waffle sandwiching ice cream and topped with chocolate and caramel drizzle was very tasty. We will return.

    Our server Hailey was fantastic. Food cooked perfectly and presented well. Really loved the shrimp tacos and the grilled chicken sandwich. Drinks were fantastic as well.

    Ordered watermelon salad the watermelon and strawberries should have been discarded this am and new ones purchased. Wife had vegetarian stir fry and stated mediocre at best , one child had children’s Mac and cheese3 yo but was cooked al dente not quite the way a kid likes it another child 7 had child mini burgers and fries and loved them . Entree salad also a very small portion for the price, especially since it was not fresh

    I first want to start by sending my sincerest apologies for the sub par food/experience. While I'm disappointed we dropped the ball so bad this feedback will be used to ensure this never happens again! I'm confident we are better than your past experience and this feedback will not be taken lightly and I can ensure these things get corrected. While I know we can't go back and fix what happened unfortunately. I would love to extend a $50 gift card in hopes you will return and start to make up for your sub par experience. Thanks Craig
