I really enjoyed dinner. The food, drinks and service are always great. The sushi is the star of the menu. Crunchy tuna and rainbow rolls are excellent.

Food and service are always perfect. The music is WAY too loud. There are speakers everywhere. Great music, but it is too loud for a restaurant. It was "bar loud." Beautiful space.

Service was terrible. Drinks took forever. Food was ok. Picked up wine glass when we weren’t even finished with it. Small pours pf wine and champagne. Not a great value for the money.

Our introductory brunch at Union was good, but there we several red flags that make us think we might not return. The first red flag was that the hostess tried to sit us at a table located right next to the kitchen. In fact the back of one of the chairs was inches away from being in the kitchen and was in the pathway of the runners transporting food. The restaurant was not full and we did have a reservation, so her choice of tables to seat us at was questionable. We did ask to be seated elsewhere and were accommodated. Our server was good although he tried to pass off an entirely different bottle of wine than what we ordered. He knew it was a different wine when we questioned him about it, but for some reason he felt he did not need to share at the start that the restaurant was out of the wine we ordered. Thirdly, the music was about 5 times louder than what it should be. It's a restaurant, not a nightclub. It was overpowering and made it difficult to hear anything. Even the server was having a hard time hearing what we ordered. Finally, the food was tasty, but not exceptional. We ordered the pastrami salmon, the crab dip, a ceasar salad, the BBQ salmon roll, and the beef filet. The salmon and the beef were the most favored.

First time dining and honestly probably the last. Food was okay. Charcuterie board was a joke. Service was pretty bad, practically non existent. Server completely forgot to put in our drink order… twice. Was expecting lot more tbh. Not the best experience.

This restaurant ranks up there for one of the best service experience I have had in Tampa in the past several years. The manager and staff did everything to make this an amazing experience. Also,. this is a beautiful restaurant! The food delicious and excellently presented.

Wonderful for a special occasion. We were celebrating our daughter's engagement and Amy was wonderful in attending to our party. The place has a great energy that added to the festive event.

Our server was very sweet and attentive. He answered any questions we had regarding the menu. The holiday decor was very elegant and beautiful. Overall wonderful experience.

Second time eating at Union and it was just as good as the first time. Food and service were both fantastic. Had some new items on the menu that we tried out and they did not disappoint
