Union is the go-to gastro destination for foodies, romantics and families. Located on the waterfront in bustling Camana Bay, Union offers Cayman's finest selection of fresh fish and seafood, Angus steaks, grill classics, as well as a dedicated vegan menu. Union is a classic, lively bistro with a sophisticated flair. We source the finest quality Angus from the USA and grass-fed Angus cuts from New Zealand, as well as local line-caught snapper, tuna, wahoo and lobster.

Union is proud to announce that it won 'Best Restaurant' in The Cayman Islands at the 2022 Travel & Hospitality Awards in London, and has been nominated for 'Best Restaurant' in the 2024 World Culinary Awards.

Union also runs regular music nights with live jazz (Thurs), soul & blues (Sat and Sun), as well as our famous Cocktail Masterclass (Thurs/Fri/Sat).

Best advice here appears to be “get there early.” There were 3 different ribeyes on the menu: all were gone by 830. These were regular menu items. Being out of fresh seafood is one thing, but steaks on the regular menu? The restaurant was otherwise lovely and the food was very good.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. This was a real pleasure during our vacation stay. We ordered the garlic shrimp app and Caesar salad, which were both fantastic. I had the scallops and my husband had the boneless ribeye. Kids ate the Mac and cheese, steak and spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs were a little dry but everything else was amazing. Beautiful restaurant and very attentive waitstaff. Drinks were perfect as well.

The fresh catch snapper was wonderful as was the mushroom risotto! The pear and Gorgonzola salad was delicious!

This was an amazing night …..great vibe, great energy, from the server, Mona, who had spot on recommendations, to the amazing presentation of food , topped by great live music. WOW, totally discovered our new go to restaurant and bar. Overall we rate Union 10 out of 10 tonight.

We booked to go to the the Union on valentines night living on the island we had never been before. We were not disappointed from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. Throughout the meal the owners were very attentive to guests, a nice touch in a world where there are so many faceless corporate businesses. The food was top quality my rib eye was cooked to perfection nicely rare, my wife had the seafood platter again quality product. Our starter was the truffle pate which had a truffle infused breadcrumb this with the smooth pate. Glad we went sharing that the portion’s are big and quality. The wine list caters for all pallets we went for a small house champagne then the lady may from South Africa both lovely. The ambiance is nice with ambient lighting and modern decor we chose to sit inside although there is a nice terrace outside overlooking the waters of Camana bay. Whether you are visiting the Cayman Islands or resident make time to go to UNION it’s worth it.

Great valentines. Chose the A la cart menu and was sublimly great. Patron Paul advised on choice of wine which was excellent. Sincere thanks to Paul & Tanya for a great evening.

The food was excellent and our South African waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. We also enjoyed listening to the live jazz.

Had a great lunch here a few days ago. Our early (6pm) dinner two days later was inconsistent, cannot recommend the seafood platter as most items were either overcooked or had been sitting on a shelf too long. I upped my food rating to a '3' because the snapper pate was very good and we enjoyed the unusual Caesar salad.
