Union & Finch is an American style bistro located at 1528 West Union Street in Allentown offering lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. The menu consists of casual fare that will include "comfort" foods along with familiar favorites with a twist. We have a seasonal rotation of select items on the menu while keeping our concept simple. Our goal is to offer quality food and drinks at reasonable prices on a daily basis with a mature sense of hospitality and playful vibe. We combine the nostalgia of a long-lost neighborhood joint with a modern bistro setting to create the area’s newest destination for relaxed, casual dining.

Other than not having the meat to make the burger that I wanted the food was awesome.. Staff very good.

This restaurant truly deserved a 5 star rating. From the food,service and vibe of the restaurant to the authentic personal conversation I had with the owner. The staff were friendly and attentive .My wife and I had Sunday brunch, the food was excellent, the steak I had with the steak and egg breakfast was comparable to that of a steakhouse , cooked medium to perfection. The portions were more than enough. And the flight mimosas were excellent. Truly a gem in Allentown .

Excellent brunch with excellent service that was nicely paced even though the place was quite busy at noon. Food & drinks were delicious. Husband said it was the best Bloody Mary and Steak & Eggs he'd ever had! Crab Benedict was quite good, too. Just wish the bar and high top seats had "backs".

Food was fantastic. Service was exceptional. Very attentive and kind. The music was great as were the cocktails. I highly recommend Union & Finch.

Delicious brunch! One in our party of eight got a meal he didn’t order, but probably because the server didn’t hear him; it was rather loud. I’d go back, though. Everyone enjoyed the food.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. It was a bit loud for me, hard to have a conversation. All in all I will be coming back.

We always stop at Union and Finch when we are in Allentown as they have an interesting menu (not cookie cutter bar food), great local beers and the servers are awesome.
