Union & Finch is an American style bistro located at 1528 West Union Street in Allentown offering lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. The menu consists of casual fare that will include "comfort" foods along with familiar favorites with a twist. We have a seasonal rotation of select items on the menu while keeping our concept simple. Our goal is to offer quality food and drinks at reasonable prices on a daily basis with a mature sense of hospitality and playful vibe. We combine the nostalgia of a long-lost neighborhood joint with a modern bistro setting to create the area’s newest destination for relaxed, casual dining.

Excellent excellent excellent. Wonderful unpretentious bar with an excellent bourbon selection at great prices. Incredibly friendly staff. Great varied menu for people of all food preferences and restrictions. Excellent prices. Love the au poivre sauce. 10/10 if there was Michelin consideration in Allentown it’s definitely Bib Gourmand

We love Union and Finch- for family dinners or date nights, the food is consistently delicious, kind attentive service and lively ambiance. Tonight was no different- we enjoyed the moules frites as an appetizer, the tuna tacos and union burger and 2 kids meals. We’ll be back soon!

Lively and vibrant atmosphere. Good cocktails. Food was average, at least what we ordered. Had been told that before by others so wasn’t too surprised. But that said, I would go again, if meeting up with friends.

The food is always pretty good but our server was just terrible. We made a 1:45 reservation and brunch reservation ended at 2, so we knew we’d need to order quickly. We arrived early and were told three times we needed to order by 1:50. It was at the point of rude and aggressive. When a member of our party felt rushed she asked for the next menu just in case and she was told “we are not serving that menu now” and no, they do not close between brunch/lunch and dinner. If you don’t want to serve brunch at 1:45, then don’t take brunch reservations at 1:45. She continued to be rude for the rest of the time there.

Great brunch - food was terrific, lots of great choices. Our server was beyond friendly and knowledgable - helped us decide on what dishes we wanted. A great experience!
