Ouvert depuis 2002, l'Uni de Back Bay propose encore à ce jour certains des meilleurs fruits de mer de la ville, dont la plupart proviennent du célèbre marché de Tsukiji, à Tokyo. Le menu du célèbre chef Ken Oringer offre des plats savoureux comme l'uni spoon (uni accompagné de caviar et d'un œuf de caille) dans un espace élégant et animé au sein de l'hôtel Eliot, où chaque repas est vécu comme une occasion spéciale.

We were very disappointed with our dinner last night at Uni. The sushi was good to average but grossly overpriced. We spent $191.00 before tipping and had no alcohol!!! They charged $35.00 for four thin slices of Chutoro tuna sashimi!!! Their ratings are NOT accurate. If you like being robbed for average sushi, this is your place. AVOID this place as there are many better sushi options in Boston. GROSSLY OVERPRICED SUSHI THAT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

One of our favorite restaurants and select it as our go to bday celebrations for our family. Food was amazing as usual but completely ignored the fact that we were there to celebrate. It was noted on the reservation, my husband mentioned it when he walked in. Only after we had our dessert my son got up and said something to the waiter and he brought over a plate with a candle stuck to it. Super bummed that there was zero acknowledgement regarding the bday we were celebrating. We specifically planned and chose Uni to celebrate and I might as well as just blew out the candle that was on my table. We will continue to go because food is great but will think twice before selecting to celebrate the bdays of every single person in my family.

Honestly mid food, lacking the flavor town. Probably sufficient for an underdeveloped palette, maybe like someone he’s eaten sushi 4 or 5 times…. Sick atmosphere, NOT A GOOD MEAL DEAL 700 bucks for me and my rents. Final conclusion, sorta worth :?

Food and atmosphere were amazing. Our server did an excellent job of letting us know must haves. Be prepared to ask some questions, as someone who worked in the kitchen for years I recognized most of the ingredients but not all of them. Overall great experience.

The menu and selections are top notch at Uni. We love to go to dinner at Uni when we stay at the Eliot hotel. Amazing and delicious but pricy ! We had wonderful meal.
