UnDefined has been changing the way people think about dining out in Hamilton. Voted one of Hamilton's best all-around restaurants for 2021, 2022, 2023, we are making a big impact on King William Street. With an evolving, seasonal and whimsical approach, our passion is what drives us every day. We strive to push the limits, and for our team, it is just what we love to do. We cook from scratch because that is just the way it should be. We love to challenge the way we all think about dining out.

We believe that there is no reason to put yourself in a box when going out with friends, so we do not do that here. Whether it is a night out with friends, an intimate dinner for two, or just something extraordinary, We are not afraid to take the familiar and turn it into something memorable. If it tastes good, we will put it on a plate, in a glass, or whatever. Our mantra is as simple as eat, drink, and enjoy!

The presentation was great. I personally found my meal cool and I asked just to heat up. Instead they gave new. I felt bad about wasting the previous one. Just needed to be warmed up. I got the mushroom eggs Benny. I did not like the hollandaise sauce. I've had eggs ben many times and I just didn't like this one. Some reason tasted like cheese? I liked the bread and eggs and some of the other sauce. I did find it to be too salty tasting for my taste. I did like the mushrooms. My daughter got the Cobb salad. Overall pretty good. She thought needed more fruit and other ingredients. Alot of greens seemed more greens than other ingredients. The nuts were good and sauce.

What an amazing experience! The New Years tasting menu was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back next year. The servers worked so well together. Each course was amazing. Looking forward to our next visit.

Came here previously for dinner, and had a wonderful experience & meal. Brunch today was a different story - the food concepts (the egg Benny’s in particular) sounded fantastic, but didn’t translate onto the plate. Fried chicken was way over done & bone marrow benny turned the bread into a wet mess. Won’t be back for brunch

We were going through Hamilton on our way back home and wanted to find a spot for dinner. We found Undefined online and trued calling to make a reservation but couldn't get through but luckily we were able to make an instant reservation through open table. We were instantly greeted when we arrived and sat at our table. The restaurant ambiance was great, very cool and modern. We ordered drinks and an app along with our mains. I was set on getting the Dan Dan noodles but was told they were sold out. It was only 5pm so I questioned the waitress on how they could be sold out already and she explained they ran out the day prior which is why they had none. I decided on the salmon and my husband selected the risotto. Each item was presented beautifully and I loved the small twists on each dish. You could taste the freshness in each bite. Service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. Rating 4 stars only because they did not have all the items on the menu available but we would definitely recommend and will be back to hopefully try the noodles.

Loved everything about this little gem. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th Birthday and it was absolutely perfect. From the food to the service it was a 10! Highly recommend!

Wow wow wow!! What an amazing place!! The cocktail was amazing and the food too!!! The staff were so courteous and I’m definitely going back!!
