The Steakhouse American grill gets William Jack Degel’s food and decor makeover, and the result is simply amazing! Featuring scratch-made appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, craft cocktails and specializing in STEAK. Uncle Jack’s has the look and feel of a 1900s warehouse in New York’s Famous Meatpacking District, complete with aged cement, raw vintage steel, subway title, meat hooks, custom wallpaper featuring archival butcher photos, with flying pigs and steer heads mounted on the walls. The tufted and red vinyl seating, marble bar tops with old school bar styling mixed in and outdoor fire pit lounge areas provide a pop of sophistication while also reinforcing the vintage theme. So happy to find our favorite server working here. Not only was the food delicious (the cheesecake is to die for!), but the service was excellent. Patty always takes great care of us!!

Our server was amazing. Received generous and tasty portions that we ordered (brisket Benedict and brisket skillet) based on her recommendations from the brunch menu. Looking forward to trying other menu items next time!

I have been going to the Duluth location for many years and have always been very happy with the food and service. I took my family members who were visiting to the Peachtree Corners location because they wanted to go to a great steak place. Unfortunately not only did they not have the 35 day aged bone-in ribeye but they substituted it with a supposedly 35 day Prime ribeye which was super thin and not tender. I also ordered a prime New York strip which was tougher than most Select Cuts. On a positive note the octopus appetizer was very tender. Unfortunately it made it look like I don't know a good restaurant when I see one to my guests. They will never go there again. When you pay a premium for food it should be quality every time. This may have been a one-off bad experience but it's unfortunate that it happened when I was entertaining guests. The service and atmosphere are still nice.

Happy to return to Uncle Jack's. Appetizer of hanging "slabs" of bacon always a treat. Between our group we ate three different hamburgers and a steak and they were all cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.

Michael was our server and he did a great job it was my birthday and he made special with a little treat at the end!! Drinks were good good was great and service was great!!!

We came for the Father’s Day buffet brunch. First I want to say the staff was working so hard and the service was excellent. The working conditions for them were far from satisfactory though. They had the buffet set up in an outdoor patio with no ac. It was easily 95 degrees or hotter out there. And not rotating employees out there to give them a break. This was poor planning. One girl at the craving station working with the meat under the heat lamp was drenched in sweat. Unsafe working conditions and food holding temps. I have been here for dinner before and the food was great. My recommendation is to not come for the buffet set up.

Server was very efficient, kind, and attentive. Steak, salad, steak sandwich and coconut pie were delicious. Food came out in a timely manner. Food prices could've been lower, but otherwise, all great!

Food was decent enough. Very edible. We were 1 of maybe 3 tables and our server didn't refill our water without us asking which was strange. Food was way over priced. $90 for 3 (includes tip) for 3 pop overs, 2 lunch sandwiches and 1 chicken quesadilla and a chocolate souffle. Pretty absurd pricing.
