Enjoy our delicious 5-course shared menu: Course 1: White Fish Croquette mint pea puree, basque vin, microgreens Course 2: Kale Caesar Salad hard-boiled egg, toasted garlic panko, crisp prosciutto, pecorino Course 3: Risotto mushrooms, brisket, herbs, grana padano Course 4: Pizza of choice Course 5: Earl Grey Cheesecake white chocolate, raspberry compote Note any allergies when booking. I have enjoyed 'Una' for years for the quality of food, service and ambience. This time the pizza and arrugula salad were terrible. The pizza no longer had a nice crispy thin Italian crust. It was thick, soft and doughy (like a prebought). The cheeze was not a nice quality. Firm and not stretchy. The arrugula beat salad was a thick bed of sour cream with surprisingly almost no arrugula (???). This was a really poor meal to be served at Una Pizza. I dought that the message to our waitress about the quality of the food did not reach the manager, therefore the public review.

I have never had a bad meal at Una. Our service was excellent and the food was delicious as always.

Food is very salty. I have been a few times and found the menu to be highly salted, even though I have anything but a sweet tooth.

This was good, but not the best pizza ever. My server was amazing and had tons of recommendations to do around sask while I'm here! The sangria flight was fantastic and I would go back for drinks for sure!

UNA as usual is great, there is just too many people in there and it’s too loud. I think they need a bigger location.

Food was good. Ambience pleasant. They were sold out of Chianti wine - the only Italian wine on the wine menu. Really? Who manages this inventory? The drinks service was very slow. I was amazed how long we sat after ordering drinks. Food was also a little slow arriving. The restaurant was busy but not full.

Food is always great. Love the kale salad- a must to have before main course. The hot jalapeño oil goes great with any of their pizzas.
