Kitchen was completely disorganized, when I ordered the broccolini salad for 40 minutes later, they told me they were out, pizza look like it had been completely just throwing together to get it to the table. It was a super busy night as it was New Year’s Eve, but definitely disappointing since I’ve ate at the one in Bridgeland before, and it was excellent and brought my husband to this one, and he was not impressed. The rice balls were good and the flight sangria was delicious.

We decided to check out the new UNA in University District and it didn’t disappoint. Great food, great service and great atmosphere!

Disappointed with the Pizza. Double Zero does better with that Pizza style Found the Caesar salad was flavorless. Food is definitely overpriced.

The customer service was top notch but the food and drinks need a real chef and bartender to come in as the food was really bad and the drink was terrible. Definitely an amateur that doesn’t know good food or drinks preparing it. Downtown location was better but that was years ago. Didn’t have the pizza so can’t speak on that.

We went to this newer location because it’s closer to us, but we waited much longer here just to get a server compared to when we went to 17th and West Springs.

Tables are way to close with people beside you might as well share appys and tell stories together. Do not want to have dinner and have to listen to 2 different conversations on each side of me.

For a glass of sangria and a small bowl of meatless pasta, didn’t expect to be paying close to $40 not to mention I was charged tax when the government has announced a temporary tax break. I understand that it’s optional for businesses to comply, so the fact that Una chooses not to says a lot. On a different note, our server Lachlan was great!

We love UNA but this new location needs to up their game. The pizza was not up to their usual standards.

Food arrived before our drinks. Kale salad was great. Pizza had no sauce (dry). Overall it was an OK experience but a disappointment because we had such high expectations.
