The food is always very good at Una which keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre at best and we were never checked on. The restaurant also had a 20% auto gratuity for a part of 6, which we felt like was extreme. In all my years of dining at restaurants, the auto grat is usually 18% for groups of 8 or more, never 20% for a group of 6. Given that the service was mediocre, our group felt more frustrated with the auto gratuity. It was also never announced to us on our OpenTable reservation or by the server when we walked in. I will still be coming back for their food for sure - which is very good! But probably another location or do take out.

Excellent food and efficient, if not overly friendly, service. It was a busy Friday night and we were seated right at the door, which was not ideal but not terrible either. Staff dealt with a peaky wasp quickly, humanely, and with good humor. I'll return here happily.

I love Una pizza but don't order the gluten free; it is not very good compared to other gluten pizzas I have eaten.

Great time at Una in Bridgeland as always. This is our fav lunch spot. We keep going back for kid’s butter&cheese pasta because it’s my daughter’s favourite. The staff deserves a special mention, so attentive and friendly - we appreciate you 🤍 delicious food, positive energy, clean tables - Una in bridgeland is an excellent dining spot!

Delicious pizza, stuffed dates, and cocktail. Pizza dough was good but its uniform thickness made me think it was machine flattened. Service was decent although the server spilled 10-15mL of my drink upon bringing it to the table.
