Great experience overall and definitely worth it in my opinion. One of the less pricier options that I was considering so thats a plus. Food was good, ambiance was nice and staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Extremely slow service, considering you have so much staff on and the venue was not busy drinks take forever to make, and when reach our table was not complete

Chose ultra for my birthday dinner with my girls that came out of town and we were all so impressed the service 10 out of 10 the ambiance 10 out of 10 the food 10 out of 10 as well i’m so glad I chose this place because we genuinely had such a great night with good food and good drinks and shout out to the DJ because that house music mixes was the perfect cherry on top

Just too expensive to come back to. A $25 LCBO bottle of wine at $130 is a rip off

We had a great experience at Ultra. We went for Summerlicious and the food was excellent from start to finish: The dumplings, branzino, sirloin steak, the desserts… everything met our expectations! The service was also impeccable. The general manager and whole team were very welcoming and nice. They provided great customer service. Will definitely go back 10/10!

Gorgeous patio, food was lovely what amazing value at happy hour. There was no music that would have been a nice touch and had to cancel my coffee as I had finished dessert and it still hadn’t arrived. Overall I would definitely go back again.

I made a reservation for a patio seat and recognized we were going to be over 15 minutes late, a member of the party called and left a voicemail as no one answered. Once we arrived, we were 20 minutes late and were told that our table had been given up and we had the option of sitting inside our would have to wait 10 minutes to sit in the patio. We were annoyed that the table was given away without us being told. Given we booked a patio seat, we opted to wait for the 10 minutes for a patio seat as that is what we booked. After 10 minutes we were told that the patio seat was not available, we were very frustrated as this is what we had booked. We were told that since we were late the table was given up as a consequence. We then told the staff that we had called to let them know ahead of time that we called and left a voicemail as no one answered. Following this the staff was able to find us a seat, and it seemed that the staff only wanted to punish us for being late. This was already not a welcoming experience to Ultra. After being seated, the waiters took a very long time to take our orders and order drinks and deliver our food. To compensate for the lateness in bringing one drink late, they gave it to us complimentary.

Nice Patio, had a happy hour until 7pm which was great to take advantage of. Service was good. Found the food good but not great. Chicken appetizer was a standout (although covered in peppers it was somehow mild tasting), short ribs were also good Seabream 'curry' was a little bit of sauce on the bottom of the plate, not really a curry at all, also zero spice level so disappointing.

We sat on the patio and had a delicious lunch. The service was great and the bartender made great drinks. We had Cesar salad that was unbelievably good. The tuna tacos were delicious. And the steak was cooked to perfection. It was relaxing with a cool vibe. The Gm named Anthony came over to say hello and make some recommendations. He was so kind and pleasant to talk to. He brought us shots of the best Tequila I have ever had. Overall a great experience. Next time I want to sit in their beautiful dining room.
