Everything about the experience was great. The setting is small with only 12 seats, which gives you an intimate view of the chef and staff at work. There were 20 courses from a soup to a tuna flight to A5 waygu. Each bite was wonderful. I got the sake pairing as well, which was excellent, and the gentlemen pouring the sake were very happy to talk about each one and share their sake expertise. All in all a great night.

Amazing dinner where creativity and traditional cooking techniques meet. Beverage program is great. Get the Sake pairings.

What an incredible dining experience! Chefs, staff, all courses and the sake selection were amazing! If you’re a foodie or want to try some of the best Japanese Fusion food, look no further than Ukiyo.

The concept, the ambience, the service and the drinks were all exceptional. I was expecting more quality out of sushi and the pieces were small. The culinary creativity was there but I’ve had better for the same price. That is why I gave it 3 stars overall, but glad to see this kind of a place in Denver. I’m sure it’ll only get better.

20 courses, incredible drinks and pairings, good vibes, and great storytelling make Ukiyo a unique and worthwhile experience in Denver.

Very well executed omikase. Professional knowledgeable staff. A must-do dining “theatre.” Budget $35 for parking and top shelf sake at $50 per. Lots of food and fast paced.
