Ugly Duckling

The tasting menu is what we do best, and what we're most excited to share with you! This is an individualistic, seasonally-driven experience celebrating Vancouver Island and paying homage to our Chinatown home. The menu is constantly evolving --dictated by the seasons, the farmers, and the whims of the culinary team. While most dietary restrictions can be accommodated, due to the intimate nature of our kitchen, we are unable to fulfill requests for sesame, soy, or finfish allergies. For all other dietary restrictions, we request 48-hours advance notice so that we can be better prepared to welcome you. Our tasting menu is 6-plus courses, priced at $105, and we encourage guests to set aside two-and-a-half to fully enjoy the experience.

Our three-course prix fixe menu features a seasonal selection of 3-4 options per course, centered around the best that Coastal BC has to offer. This menu is $78 per person. We suggest allowing 2-2.5 hours to fully enjoy this experience.
