We had the best experience and we’re been to all the Uchi concepts in Dallas and Austin. Food was 10/10 - we’re still dreaming of it and our server, Alyssa, was fantastic with great recommendations. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s the 6th time I’ve been to Uchiko. That says it all. I rarely repeat restaurants in DFW.

Had the Omakase. Looked forward to it. It’s like the forgot what Omakase is. Rushed, multiple plates on table, no explanations, strange choices and portions that would typically not be a part of an omakase experience

I love the Uchi/Uchiko experience. Our server, when asked to review the menu, suggested we “start with a roll and edamame “. That was the saddest reply. The menu has so much depth. I don’t know if Austin servers are more “foodies” or our server just didn’t know the menu.

We tried so many dishes and loved everything. Service was wonderful. We will be back. One of the best meals we’ve ever had.

This was my second time, food was way to spicy and service was below par, first time I was there was amazing about two weeks prior
