Uchi, "house" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award‑winning Chef Tyson Cole. Uchi offers non‑traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and a seasonal omakase. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

We had a wonderful experience last night! We loved the menu and our waiter was very helpful walking us through the menu!

Waitress spilled water all over me at the start of dinner, made the start of dinner very unpleasant. Will also mention that was my birthday celebration and the explanation was that this never happens. Will probably not celebrate anything here again.

Wonderful experience, the service and knowledge about everything we ordered from the Omakasa menu to our sake choices. Do be ready to spend some cash as it’s quite pricy but fresh as can be. It’s a great vibe.

Not kidding, the best food ever. You can pick anything from the menu and you will be surprised how good each item is. Everything is so flavorful.

I came to Uchi back in March for the first time, and OH MY GOD. The impression that it left on my friend and I -- we haven't stopped talking about it for 5 months. We've come back for cocktails a few times, but I knew that I needed to take her for my birthday dinner this past week. The cocktails, the food, the ambiance, but THE SERVICE is absolutely IMPECCABLE. Every single person who works there is wildly knowledgable, thoughtful, and expeditious. We prefer to sit at the bar and have the SENSATIONAL bartenders (all 9 Alex's) walk us through the menu and guide our experience. I truly can't recommend this place enough - it is worth every penny.

Chef Jesus made my first visit to Uchi West Hollywood a memorable one. The food was served in a timely fashion and tasted great. I also appreciated the informative conversation with the sushi chef about the various menu items unique to Uchi.

I took my wife for her birthday dinner. It was our first time at the restaurant. We left extremely satisfied with everything from the food, the service and the atmosphere. Our server Haezy was an absolute rockstar. I can't remember the last time I left a restaurant feeling as happy as we did last evening. Haezy will be our future request and she should also get a raise!
