Uchi, "house" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award‑winning Chef Tyson Cole. Uchi offers non‑traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and a seasonal omakase. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Not kidding, the best food ever. You can pick anything from the menu and you will be surprised how good each item is. Everything is so flavorful.

I came to Uchi back in March for the first time, and OH MY GOD. The impression that it left on my friend and I -- we haven't stopped talking about it for 5 months. We've come back for cocktails a few times, but I knew that I needed to take her for my birthday dinner this past week. The cocktails, the food, the ambiance, but THE SERVICE is absolutely IMPECCABLE. Every single person who works there is wildly knowledgable, thoughtful, and expeditious. We prefer to sit at the bar and have the SENSATIONAL bartenders (all 9 Alex's) walk us through the menu and guide our experience. I truly can't recommend this place enough - it is worth every penny.

Chef Jesus made my first visit to Uchi West Hollywood a memorable one. The food was served in a timely fashion and tasted great. I also appreciated the informative conversation with the sushi chef about the various menu items unique to Uchi.

I took my wife for her birthday dinner. It was our first time at the restaurant. We left extremely satisfied with everything from the food, the service and the atmosphere. Our server Haezy was an absolute rockstar. I can't remember the last time I left a restaurant feeling as happy as we did last evening. Haezy will be our future request and she should also get a raise!

The food is not good and it's too expensive, although brownie points for the decor. Even though in a beautiful room, I won't be back

Uchi offers a truly exceptional Japanese omakase experience with a vibrant crowd that enhances the ambiance. The bottle of Chardonnay and the fresh cocktails were amazing, perfectly complementing the exquisite dishes. The omakase experience was first class, showcasing the chef’s incredible skill and creativity. Having tried Uchi in Austin, Houston, and now WeHo, I can confidently say that this location maintains the high standards we’ve come to love. We will definitely be back!
