Uchi, "home" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. A delicate balance of elevated food and impeccable service, Uchi offers non-traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and seasonal omakase. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Unbelievable dinner. My girlfriend and I came for our one year anniversary, and it did not disappoint. We had Brodie curate our entire meal, based on our likes and dislikes. He nailed it! Will be coming back again and again.

Outstanding again! This was the fourth time that I have dined at Uchi. The staff is very knowledgeable and it’s always fun to try new things that they suggest. Absolute best sushi in town!

We eat a lot of sushi everywhere we go. Our experience at uchi was average at best. Our server seemed distracted and disinterested. The sushi was lackluster. The only high points were the wagyu beef appetizer and Brussels sprouts which were delicious. With so many sushi options in Scottsdale we will definitely not be coming back.

Great service and great food!!! Waitress was knowledgeable on the dishes and the food was delicious. One of my favorite spots in Scottsdale!

I had a fabulous time at your restaurant. Enjoyed every bite! Service was top-notch as was the food. The menu looked amazing. I didn’t know what to order but I knew what I didn’t want. I left it up to our server to bring us food. Nothing disappointed! I will return.

This is one of the best experiences and most fabulous meals I have had in a long time! We did the server tasting menu and our person nailed it! Some of the most creative dishes I’ve seen in a while and the best sushi I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of sushi.
